Shipping

All orders are shipped via DHL or FedEx, we select the best option for your destination. A tracking number is shared once your order is on its way.

Mexico: Free shipping on all orders. Delivered in 3–5 business days.

United States: Free shipping on orders over $500 USD. Delivery times vary by location — typically 2–7 business days.

Rest of the world: Shipping rates and times vary by destination. All international orders include tracking.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Some pieces are made to order. If your piece requires production time, this will be noted on the product page. We'll keep you updated.

Exchanges

We want you to love your piece. You have 15 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange it for another design of equal or greater value.

To be eligible:

  • The piece must be unworn and unaltered
  • In its original packaging
  • Returned within 15 calendar days of purchase

To start an exchange, contact us on WhatsApp or at info@sophiesimonedesigns.com before sending anything back. We'll guide you through the process.

Shipping costs for the exchange are at the customer's expense. We recommend a trackable, insured service.

The piece you select must be of equal or greater value. Any price difference is charged at the time of the exchange. Sale items are non-exchangeable.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Sophie Simone Designs, Calle Lucerna 59, Colonia Juarez, 06600, CDMX, Mexico. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
