Sterling Silver
Silver tarnishes naturally over time; that's normal. To slow it down, keep it away from household cleaning products and harsh chemicals. Clean with a professional silver cleaning product or a soft polishing cloth.
Gold & Gold Plated
Keep gold away from harsh chemicals and cleaning products. Clean with warm water and a mild, detergent-free soap.
For gold-plated pieces: the plating naturally wears over time with use. Avoid nail polish remover, perfume, and hairspray — these accelerate wear. Do not use abrasive cloths or strong jewelry cleaners.
