Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for being a valued costumer!

At Sophie Simone Designs every design is unique. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

You have 15 natural days after the day of your purcharse to process any exchange.

Please send or present the unused garment(s) in its original and unworn condition. Sophie Simone Designs reservs the right to deny an exchange on returned merchandise if the item(s) have been worn, soiled, or altered in any way.

Shipping costs are the expense of the customer. Please be sure that your package is insured, trackeable, and prepair. We don´t guarantee that we will receive your item. 

We do not make cash returns, reimbursement to debit/credit card or PayPal.

The garment your choose to exchange must have the same or higher value than your original purchase and the cost difference should be paid in the latter case.

Your new purchase will be shipped to you with a tracking number and you will be notified via email.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
