Returns & Exchanges

At Sophie Simone Designs every design is unique. Therefore, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

You have 15 natural days after the day of your purcharse to process any exchange.

Please send or present the unused piece(s) in its original and unworn condition. Sophie Simone Designs reservs the right to deny an exchange on returned merchandise if the item(s) have been worn, soiled, or altered in any way.

Shipping costs are the expense of the customer. Please be sure that your package is insured, trackeable, and prepaid. We don't guarantee that we will receive your item. 

The piece you choose to exchange must have the same or higher value than your original purchase and the cost difference should be paid in the latter case.

Your new purchase will be shipped to you with a tracking number and you will be notified via email.

Shipping charges are non refundable.
